Plenary Session of the Benelux Parliament

On 15 – 16 June 2018 in the Hague, the plenary Session of the Benelux Parliament was held. The impact of Brexit on regional partnerships, state of affairs in the European Union and Benelux, police cooperation and circular economy were the main themes on the agenda of the Session. Delegation of the Baltic Assembly was represented by Valerijus Simulik (Lithuania), Jānis Vucāns (Latvia), Aadu Must (Estonia), Romualds Ražuks (Latvia) and Johannes Kert (Estonia).

Within framework of the Benelux Session, meeting of representatives of the Benelux Parliament, the Nordic Council and the Nordic Council was held during which cooperation of regional organisations and joint cooperation initiatives were discussed.
